Medical Pte Ltd was founded in 2002. Our expertise
lies in orthotic and prosthetic products and services.
In 2005, we introduced the SpineCor system, the world's
first dynamic brace for treatment of adolescent idiopathic
scoliosis. In 2013, we established an outlet in Changi
General Hospital and started providing O&P services
to its ward and clinic patients. In 2015, our spin-off
company, Orthogait Scoliosis and Limbs Centre, opened
in Novena Medical Centre, to provide clinical service
for scoliosis patients, amputees and patients with
orthopaedic-related mobility problems.
In 2016, we shifted
our main office to its current location at CT Hub
2, Lavender Street. After more than a decade of building
up our business and partnerships, we are now local
distributor for reputable orthopaedic brands like
SpineCor (UK), Walkaide (US), medi (Germany), Push
Braces (the Netherlands), Thuasne (France), Townsend
braces
(USA)
and Dr. Comfort
footwear
(USA). One of our goals is to work towards establishing
an additional dimension of treatment, called the
'functional therapy', to the existing surgical, physical,
pharmaceutical and physiological therapies of modern-day
medicine. We believe patients should be presented
with more treatment options which are clinically-proven,
safe and non-invasive. We are focused on delivering
products and services that target deficiencies in
human's 'locomotion system' with special attention
on joint function, treatment, protection and rehabilitation.
